Men’s Health Breakfast 2025 – From Hesitation to Action

🗓 Wednesday, 12 June
6:30am start
📍 RIP Training Gym, Singleton

Did you know that two-thirds of Australian men delay seeing a doctor, often trying to manage symptoms themselves or waiting until things get worse?

This year’s Men’s Health Breakfast shines a light on that very issue. Inspired by the “From Hesitation to Action” theme our event will explore how we can break down the barriers that stop men from seeking help—and bust a few myths along the way.

💡 Our panel will use humour and honesty to highlight the gap between outdated advice and real, expert care.

Featuring:

🎤 Tom Johnson  – Owner of RIP Training Singleton & Cessnock, CrossFit Level 3 trainer, and former Army Reserve fitness leader with over 12 years of experience coaching everyone from kids to elite athletes. Tom has generously offered the use of his Singleton gym to host this year's event.

🏥 Local GPs from Singleton Medical and Skin Clinic offering practical insights into men’s health issues and the importance of early action.

🍳 Singleton Men’s Shed – cooking up a BBQ breakfast for the fourth year running!

Mochaccino Bar – opening early next door for your essential morning coffee.

Whether you're looking to take better care of your health, support a mate, or just enjoy a good breakfast and a great conversation—this event is for you.
